Where does the recall data come from?
EU Safety Gate (formerly RAPEX), the European Union's official rapid alert system for dangerous non-food products. We maintain an archive going back ten years and ingest new notifications as they are published.
Does a match mean my product is recalled?
No. We flag a possible match and show the signal-level evidence — brand, model, category, barcode — side by side with the official notification. Your team confirms or dismisses; every decision is recorded.
What do you need from me to start?
Any product export: a CSV, a spreadsheet, or a direct export from your shop platform. A product name and a brand per item is enough — no cleanup or reformatting needed.
How fast do alerts arrive?
New Safety Gate notifications are checked against your portfolio as soon as they are published, and alerts typically reach your inbox within minutes.
